1. Overview & Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoastRemodelingServices.com (the "Site"), operated by Coast Remodeling Services ("CRS," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our Site, requesting an estimate, contacting our team, or otherwise engaging with us online, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or submit your information to us. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our Site lawfully and not to misuse it. You may not:
- Use our Site in a way that violates any applicable local, state, or national law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site, its systems, or the data we hold.
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information through our estimate request, contact, or referral forms.
- Use our content in a way that misrepresents CRS or our services, or that could damage our reputation.
We strive to keep our Site accurate and up to date, but information about services, materials, financing, and availability may change. We do not guarantee that every product, color, or option shown on the Site is currently available.
4. Estimates and Proposals
Any estimate or proposal we provide through our Site or in person is preliminary and is based on the information you share and the conditions we can observe at the time. Actual project scope, materials, and pricing are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.
Estimates do not constitute a binding contract until both you and CRS sign a written agreement. If the scope of a project changes after work begins, we will explain the options and any associated costs and obtain your approval before proceeding.
You are responsible for providing accurate information so we can prepare a meaningful estimate, including details about your home, project goals, and access to the work area.
5. Project Agreements & Contracts
The specific terms of any remodeling project—including the work to be performed, materials, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty coverage—are governed by the written contract you sign with CRS. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
We encourage you to read your project agreement carefully and to ask us any questions before signing.
6. Payment & Financing
Payment terms, including deposits and progress payments, are set out in your written project agreement and follow applicable California contractor law. Always review your signed agreement for the payment schedule that applies to your project.
Where financing is mentioned on our Site, it is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their separate credit approval, terms, and conditions. We do not guarantee financing approval, any specific interest rate, or any particular promotional offer. For current details, please ask our team or contact the lender directly.
7. Warranties
Warranty coverage depends on the products installed and the work performed. Manufacturer warranties cover eligible products according to their own terms, while CRS workmanship is covered under the warranty described in your written project agreement.
The information on our Site is a general overview and does not create or modify any warranty. For the exact warranty terms that apply to your project—including what is covered, how long, and any limitations—please refer to your signed agreement and any manufacturer warranty documentation we provide.
8. Permits & Compliance
Many remodeling projects require permits and inspections, and CRS works in accordance with applicable building codes and local requirements. How permits are handled for your project is confirmed in your written agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
Our Site, including its text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and design, is owned by or licensed to Coast Remodeling Services and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Customer project photos, reviews, and testimonials are shared with permission. Names and identifying details in reviews are published with the reviewer's consent.
