Meet Liza Marracino
The Woman & Vision Behind Coast Remodeling Services
Liza Marracino launched her construction career in California over 13 years ago. Captivated by architectural plans, exterior design, and building, what began as a passion quickly transitioned into a profession. Through years of dedicated study and hands-on site management, Liza earned both a General B Building Contractor license and a C-39 Roofing Specialty license—paving her own path to success in a historically male-dominated industry.
Today, Liza leads Coast Remodeling Services with an uncompromising standard for organization, honesty, and client satisfaction. Under her leadership, the company has grown into one of San Diego’s most trusted woman-owned remodeling contractors, delivering premium roofing, patio covers, exterior coatings, windows, and landscaping to homeowners across San Diego County.
