The Transformation
This College Area home received a coordinated exterior renewal — not a single trade in isolation, but a connected project handled start to finish by Coast Remodeling Services. The work began with concrete and structural repairs, then moved into wall and stucco restoration to address damage before any finish was applied.
With the substrate sound, the crew completed a full exterior retexture and applied a protective coating for a clean, weather-resistant finish. The project closed with a new aluminum patio cover featuring dimmable lighting and a fan — extending the usable outdoor space and tying the exterior together.
